The short version: this site describes a partnership program. It is not the agreement, and nothing on it is an offer of insurance.
A description, not a contract.
partners.thelionsascent.com describes the Protection Desk partnership program for licensed independent property and casualty agencies. It is informational. No part of it creates a contract, a partnership, an agency relationship, or an obligation on either side.
An actual partnership is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.
Nothing here is sold to consumers.
This site is aimed at agency owners. It does not offer, solicit, or sell insurance to any consumer, and it does not describe the terms, benefits or exclusions of any insurance policy. Coverage is governed only by the policy a carrier issues.
Everything depends on licensing and appointments.
Program availability, the products in scope, and any compensation depend on state licensing, carrier appointments, underwriting and the written agreement. They vary by state and they change. We publish no compensation figures, and we make no representation about revenue, production or retention — which is the reason the program begins with a measured pilot rather than a projection. We make no guarantee of results, and we may decline or end a partnership where it is not a fit, in line with the terms written into the agreement.
