This page covers partners.thelionsascent.com, the partnership site for independent P&C agency owners. It is a short document because we collect very little here.
Only what you type into the fit-call form.
When you request a fit call we collect your agency name, your name, your email address, your phone number, your state and city, your agency website if you give it, and your answers to four questions about your book, your producers, your existing life and health arrangements, and which offer you are leaning toward. Anything you type into the optional message box is stored as you wrote it.
We also store the referral tag in the link you arrived on, when there is one, so we know which outreach reached you.
We do not collect client data on this site. No policy information, no consumer contact details, and no health information. If a partnership proceeds, the data we would receive is defined in the partnership agreement and is limited to contact details for clients who themselves opted in to a protection review.
To call you back, and to prepare for that call.
Your details are used to contact you about the partnership you asked about, and to research your agency beforehand from information you already publish. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with carriers or any third party for their marketing.
The record is held in our own customer system, which is access-controlled and limited to the people working the partnership pipeline. We keep it while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so a later enquiry does not start from nothing.
Email and phone, not automated texts.
Ticking the consent box on the form means we may email you and call the number you gave about this partnership. We do not send automated or pre-recorded calls, and we do not add you to an SMS campaign from this form.
Every commercial email we send carries our postal address and a working opt-out. Reply “stop” to any of them and the email stops.
Ask and it is removed.
Email admin@thelionsascent.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Say which agency you are writing about and we will confirm once it is done.
Depending on where your agency is located you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Write to the same address and we will honour them.
